Admission Process

Please follow the instructions below in order to start the registration process for your child / children.

Step 1

• Requirements before official registration can begin:

1. Parents complete the initial registration form.
2. Parents should wait in the assigned waiting area while their child / children are completing the entrance exam.
3. Parents are not allowed in the examination rooms.

Step 2

• Formal Registration Procedure:

1. Four recent passport size photos.
2. Copy of child’s vaccination card and birth certificate.
3. Copy of child’s passport.
4. A copy of the Parent’s / Guardian’s ID.
5. Copies of both the father’s and mother’s passport.
6. Officially endorsed transfer form from his/her previous school.

إجـراءات التسجيــل

الفاضل / ولي الأمر ،،،
مدرسة المدار الخاصه ترحب بكم وتدعوكم إلى
اتباع التعليمات أدناه لبدء عملية التسجيل الخاصة بابنك / ابنتك

الخطوة:1
 يمكن أن تبدأ بتأمين الوثائق التالية قبل التسجيل الرسمي وهي:
. شهادة ميلاد ابنك / ابنتك (الأصلي + نسخة)
. أحدث شهادة مدرسية.  ( الأصلي + نسخة )

الخطوة:2
الوثائق والمستندات المطلوبة للتسجيل.
. أربعة صور شخصية حديثة*
. نسخة من بطاقة التطعيم وشهادة ميلاد الطالب / الطالبة*
. نسخة من جواز سفر الطالب*
. نسخة من البطاقة الشخصية ( الأم + الأب ) وبطاقة مقيم لغير العمانيين*
. نسخة من جواز السفر ( الأم + الأب )*
. استمارة التحويل عبر البوابة التعليمية من المدرسة المنتقل منها الطالب*
